About
Twenty-plus years of asking “why?” a little longer than most.
Most organizations don’t need another tool. They need someone willing to ask why the ones they have aren’t working.
The experience behind the practice
“I don’t need to own the problem to care about the outcome.”
I've never been particularly concerned with whose department a problem belongs to. If something isn’t working — or could work better — I'm interested in understanding why. The goal isn't to take over. It's to bring the right information and people together to make the outcome stronger.
The founder brings more than 20 years of experience across data operations, enterprise systems, onboarding, process improvement, financial analysis, training, insurance, and implementation. Different industries, surprisingly familiar problems. Recognizing those patterns early saves time.
Experience spans enterprise operations and small-business ownership: working with multimillion-dollar operating budgets, legacy and modern systems, cross-functional handoffs, regulated industries, reporting, and practical training. From tracing data between departments to troubleshooting struggling implementations, the work has always started with the people doing it.
We describe our experience without sharing proprietary systems, client information, or protected records. We distinguish finished work from ideas or projects that never went live. And we don’t claim results we can’t verify.
Why independent
No software to sell. No implementation team to keep busy. The job is to find out what’s wrong — even when the answer isn’t what anyone expected.
