Services
Clarity before complexity.
Figure it out. Make it work. Make it make sense. Practical help, whether the problem is a whole process or one very stubborn spreadsheet.
Find your starting point
Three ways we can help.
You don't have to know what kind of consulting you need. Start with what you're trying to accomplish.
Figure It Out
Something doesn't add up. We investigate workflows, exceptions, data discrepancies, and stalled projects.

Not every problem needs a giant project.
Sometimes you need one spreadsheet untangled, one report made reliable, or one recurring headache properly investigated. These are focused, individually scoped engagements, quoted before work begins.

Demystify the Fine Print
Contracts, vendor agreements, and business documents shouldn't require a decoder ring. We break down dense language into plain English, organize the obligations and deadlines, and help you know what questions to ask before you act.
What this can include
- Plain-language summaries of business documents
- Key terms, obligations, deadlines, and deliverables
- Side-by-side comparisons of agreement terms
- Operational, financial, and process implications
- Questions and issues to raise with your attorney when legal advice is needed
Clear explanation, not legal representation. This is business document organization and analysis, not legal advice, legal opinions, or a substitute for an attorney. We don't determine legal rights or recommend whether to sign.

Notary Public Services
Need something notarized? Let's make the paperwork part a little easier. Wisconsin notary services are available by appointment, with the required identity verification and notarial formalities.
Notarial services
- Acknowledgments and jurats, when appropriate for the document
- Identity verification and witnessing signatures as required for the notarial act
- Appointments arranged in advance
Pricing available upon request. Wisconsin limits fees for most in-person notarial acts to $5 each. Appointment details and any separately applicable charges will be explained in advance.
Notarization confirms the applicable notarial act; it does not certify a document's accuracy or provide legal advice. In-person service only; remote online notarization is not currently advertised.

Assessment from $10,000
Find out why a project is struggling and how to recover. Hands-on recovery support is quoted separately (typically $25,000+).

Your needs, project complexity, urgency, access to information, and agreed deliverables all affect the cost. Smaller projects are welcome; implementation and ongoing support are quoted separately.
A note on scope
Assessment and hands-on implementation are separate, paid engagements. Not every project needs custom software, and we won’t promise results we can’t control. What we will deliver: careful analysis, straight answers, and practical recommendations.
