Approach

Start with the people who know the work.

We talk to the people doing the work, track what breaks, and design fixes that hold up in real life. Four phases. No black boxes.

Discover

We start with the people who know the work. We ask questions, review the data, and map what actually happens — not just what the process manual says should happen.

What you can expectStructured SME interviews, a document and data review, and a stakeholder map. You see the interview list before we start.

Diagnose

We follow the handoffs and study the workarounds, manual fixes, and cases that don’t fit the process diagram. The exceptions are usually where the truth lives. We explain what we found — and what we ruled out.

What you can expectA current-state workflow map, dependency and bottleneck analysis, outlier review, and root-cause findings — with the evidence behind each conclusion.

Design

With the cause clear, we design practical workflows, requirements, and controls. We explain the trade-offs and review options with the people who will use them.

What you can expectFuture-state designs, requirements and validation rules, and prioritized options with implications — reviewed with your SMEs and decision makers.

Validate

Before changes go live, we test them with the people doing the work: pilots, user checks, and adoption support. A fix that only works on paper isn’t a fix.

What you can expectUAT and QA support, pilot reviews, and adoption checkpoints. You know what was validated, by whom, and what remains.

Working principles

How we work

Question assumptions, including the ones everyone agrees on.

Investigate the exception. It usually knows something the process diagram doesn’t.

Learn from frontline subject matter experts before proposing changes.

Translate between operational realities and decision makers, in both directions.

Engineer out failures where feasible, so the fix lasts after we leave.

Let’s get to the root of it.

Have a problem nobody seems able to solve?

Tell us what’s happening. We’ll start by asking better questions.
