When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide: your name, organization, business email, and description of your challenge. Please do not submit confidential records or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
Your inquiry is used solely to respond to you and evaluate whether we can help. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
What we don’t do
This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics by default. Form submissions are processed by our form handling provider solely to deliver your message to us, under their data-processing terms.
Retention
Inquiry correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the conversation it started, or as required for professional and legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your correspondence at any time by emailing hello@jjbriggsconsulting.com.
Changes
If our practices change — for example, if privacy-conscious analytics are added after launch — this notice will be updated before any new collection begins. Last updated: October 2026.
